I have my doubts that poking a tab through the neck will actually hold the outfits on the doll.

    Oh gosh! I had Tammy & Pepper REAL DOLLS when I was a little girl. I played with them ceaselessly. I loved paper dolls, too. Thank you for bringing such a delightful memory to mind. I just had a birthday so it has been a long, Long, LONG time since I thought of my beloved Tammy & Pepper. My eyes are pleasantly misty. Thank you!
