OMG! What a fun garden you'll have! Wherever did you get seeds for cotton? And coffee! Do they grow up enough to give fruit the first year? I'd love to try this. My garden excitement this year is trying to buy seeds in a language I don't speak well. I might be growing dishcloths and stew for all I know for sure. LOL! Good luck with your plants.
