Thursday Tab- Saalfield Belle of the Ball, 1948

This is a lovely set, with beautifully rendered clothes from the late 40's. The outfits are labeled oddly- alphabetically (Hat A goes with Dress A)- maybe they thought that little girls couldn't figure that out for themselves.

I'm thinking that this was a reprint, and that the original set probably had at least one other doll, and up to 4 more pages of outfits.
