As Paper Doll Friend Lorie says, this set could have been a greeting card instead of a book. It only has two pages of punch-out outfits, printed, as far as I can tell, on card stock. Sally Twinkletoes is a skater, and the cover says that her outfits are 3-dimensional. I don't think that phrase means what Saalfield thinks it means.
(Actually, now that I look at the cover, I think I see what Saalfield meant. I suspect that the doll stays on the cover, and the tabs on the outfits fit through the slots placed around her, which probably makes the pieces bow a bit, hence the 3D designation).
