Didn't this turn out beautifully? I love the way the colors pop. It blocked just fine. It's a tad small for an adult (or at least an adult with a giant size head like I have), but the sock yarns I used are a little thinner than the yarn called for in the pattern. I decided that a young friend is going to get this hat for Christmas, so I have to knit another one for her sister (not the same pattern, just another tam).

Love it! It's beautiful.
Wow!! It came out beautiful!!
It's perfect! Ahem, excuse me while I close my mouth and wipe the drool off my chin. I love it!
thank you, everyone. The tam far exceeded my expectations. I'm almost tempted to knit another of the same pattern (with different yarns), even though I never knit 2 of the same thing.
Wow. I love the colors!
That's lovely! I just stopped by looking for mitten stuff and am completely enchanted by your tam.
