If it keeps up at this rate, the water will be up on the penninsula by tomorrow. What this all means, is that spring is on the way. However,

No, badgers belong at least 2 states to the east, not in South Dakota. The creeks here in the Finger Lakes and along the shore of Ontario are rising as well. Spring is definitely on the way. Stay dry.
