The first three were taken an hour ago from my front porch- no rotation, so it's not a funnel. But straight winds and downdrafts are nervewracking too.
And then from our back porch, just moments ago. That's heavy rain, and maybe some hail (going the away from us).
It's always interesting on the Plains.

In the first, I would have thought that was a tornado but then I am not that wise about tornados. I guess when you watch weather like that day in and day out you learn to read the signs. Fascinating.
I live in Tennessee and we had an F1 come right through out neighborhood and take down lots of trees - it looked like a war zone. But TN doesn't have a lot of those, thankfully.
