Before we head out for a day full of celebration and Cow Pie Bingo (pics tomorrow), here's the finished Sherwood (roving from Twisted Fiberarts). It's 335 yds of 3-ply yarn and 4 ozs exactly. It's gorgeous yarn, with incredible drape and sheen. In fact, it's too drapey for socks or gloves, but it is probably perfect for a scarf. Maybe a lace-ish scarf.
I love how it came out. It was hard to get a good pic, betwen the color and the shine, neither of them came out exactly right. If you can, sort of combine the colors of the 2 pics and you'll get a notion of what the yarn looks like.
Have a wonderful Holiday everyone (in the US), and have a wonderful day, everyone else!
